The role will be to operate as part of the NPI Team, ensuring that all new projects are processed to meet the customer demands. Communicating with team members as necessary to enable set targets can be achieved.
  • Review all information to ensure the project can be processed effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring all data received from the vendor translates and agrees with the customer's requirements
  • Assisting the vendor to understand our requirements and eliminating any queries
  • Prepare and construct plans for all new NPI projects for the whole project team to follow
  • To liaise with all team members and departments to ensure all projects, targets and deadlines are achieved in line with company objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on a regular basis project updates, escalating to the team leader any urgent request that may delay or hinder the ability to meet the implementation date
  • Identify opportunities that may help the current or future projects
  • Ensuring that all company procedures and guidelines are followed and agreed to
  • Working as a part of team to ensure that we meet all the customers' requirements on time and in full
  • Monitor and report on all new projects ensuring all deadlines are met to satisfy the customer's demands

  • The successful candidate needs to be a good all round team playerand have the ability to work to deadlines and think on your feet


Desired qualifications

It is essential that the successful candidate has achieved at least a grade C (or equivalent) in English and mathematics at GCSE level and has experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Future opportunities within the department will become available on the successful completion of the apprenticeship scheme.
