As an Information technologyApprentice we have a wide variety of roles that you'll have the opportunity to apply for which could propel your career in technology.

some of these degree level apprenticeships include
  • Software apprentices - where you will gain hands-on experience of the full IT life-cycle (design, develop, implement, test and support), which includes learning how to deliver brilliant software and be part of the team to provide effortless experience for our customers and our people
  • NetworkApprentice where you'll help create, develop and sustain a network supply chain model for BT Supply Chain, using industry standard network software, complemented by internal systems and associated data tools. As an apprentice network engineer you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a number of areas including testing the latest networking technology, upgrading the existing network and the planning, installing and running of network elements. You may also get the opportunity to gain in depth understanding of mobile networks and the technologies that underpins this, playing a part in supporting and maintaining high levels of stability and performance of the biggest and best Mobile network in the UK
  • Digital TV & Media apprentice where you will be responsible for thedelivery and support of BT TV and all the associated systems that have to work together to provide a complete, end to end, TV service
  • You'll also be working on the design, delivery and support of BT's UK and Global Media Networks

Desired qualifications

You will need to achieve (or have achieved) 3 A-Levels with a minimum of BCC grades by September 2019. In addition you will need to have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades 4 - 9, or equivalent (GCSE C or above) including English Language and maths.
