The service delivery element includes task allocation and coordination of work activities, service delivery and follow up of delivery progress. Key interface points are the Customers, Supplier teams, and Provisioning team. Efficient and timely coordination of activities across all teams is vital to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service delivery.

- 1st line Support for Telecoms Resellers
- Virtual Installations - Guided Installations and Simple Set Up's
- Ticketmaster - you will offer support to the Ticketmaster and ensure all tickets are allocated to their relevant owners and have a daily update
