- Being part of a team to innovate within the industry
- Ideation, design and implementation of solutions to industry problems and client requirements
- Developing and testing solutions ready for production
- Work as an individual on small bite size development projects for internal usages
- Assist in developing a new software platform
- Design and implementation of the solution from the ground up, influencing how the platform solution is architected for scale, performance and modern technological frontiers
- Opportunities to learn new best practices and access to experienced team members will allow the candidate to organically grow their knowledge of both coding and how businesses work
- Responsible forboth Front-end and Back-End development during the first two years of employment/apprenticeship, with an option to move into an area of the business that best suits the candidate, ensuring core strengths are utilised and career progression is fulfilled
