Voodoochilli Design is one of Hertfordshire's most prominent web design studios. We are award-winning and have a broad range of clients. There is never a dull day!

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer Apprentice to join our busy team. We would consider a junior position as training will be given;however you will already know how to code.

Day to day duties:
  • Coding up HTML and CSS and working with the design team to turn their designs into fully functional websites
  • Helping integrate our PHP based CMS (training will be given)
  • Leading the technical side of projects
  • Setting up, running and supporting of our servers
  • Supporting clients with technical issues and queries

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and LESS/SASS
  • Understanding of Foundation or Bootstrap
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential
  • Good maths skills as analytical work is required
  • PHP skills are a bonus

Desired qualifications

You will be educated to at least GCSE level, including a good standard of English and maths (or equivalent qualifications). An IT qualification would also be an advantage, but not essential.
