Roles & Responsibilities
Mantra has a team of 25 people each helping clients grow specific parts of their businesses to allow them to fully achieve their potential. As part of their development team you will be completing the tasks below plus more;
Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

- Designing and coding user interface
- Mobile app and web development
- Testing and troubleshooting websites
- Managing websites on a server level with full access to the LAMP stack to ensure websites are fully optimized
- Designing and refining user experiences and bringing them to life using HTML, CSS & Javascript whilst using existing libraries like Bootstrap & JQuery
Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

- An understanding of coding would be beneficial
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java or PHP would be beneficial but not essential
- Eye for design e.g. Photoshop experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Passion to develop and grow in the role
- Sees this as a future career not a short-term placement
