General responsibilities:
  • Provide first level triaging for security alerts, vulnerabilities and service requests in line with each customer's service level agreements
  • Be proficient in all technology used in the delivery of Imployable security services and producing relevant reports
  • Stay informed of the latest vulnerabilities, exploits and other cyber security news
  • Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme to the highest standard and to meet all deadlines in the expected time
  • Ensuring the consistency, manageability and integrity of the training equipment, exam equipment and internal business systems
  • Ensuring the training environment including equipment requirements, cleanliness of the room and storage areas are accordingly to health and safety and company policy requirements
  • Provision of technical assistance to trainers and administration staff under the supervision of supervisors and or management
  • Proving technical IT support to our network, client networks and contracts
  • Ensure equipment and stock management of the server and stock room
  • Assist at any required open days, lectures, expo's and like marketing, educational and technical events
  • Assist daily with tasks within the training environment, courseware and supporting services
  • General office and administrative duties where required
  • Be familiar with the company staff handbook and HR processes
  • Respect confidentiality of clients, suppliers and colleagues and the business as a whole. All staff are expected to adhere to the data protection policies, or any revision of similar legislation like GDPR or the Data Protection Act

Desired qualifications

You'll need to have achieved or expect to achieve 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C (9 - 4), including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.

Future prospects

To achieve the Cyber Security qualification and to study toward other industry recognised qualifications

Things to consider

The successful candidate will work at the Imployable registered offices but any new offices the employer might relocate to within reasonable distance or at such other places the satisfactory discharge of duties may be temporarily required.
