The apprentice will support the development of new and existing markets, as well as new and existing business relationships for High Street Residential by providing in depth and rigorous analysis of competitors, market segments, and new business opportunities.

Main role / Responsibilities:
  • Data collection, research and analysis of different sources of information
  • Identifying relevant facts and information, draw conclusions, and prepare recommendations
  • Produce research reports, marketing brochures and other documentation
  • Drawing conclusions, and explaining those conclusions in clear terms with appropriate graphics
  • Building relationships, both internally and externally
  • Sharing and collaborating environments such as Office 365 and SharePoint

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple task and prioritise work appropriately
  • Experience/knowledge of construction, Investment and property would be beneficial
  • Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Someone with excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to relate well to people from all backgrounds and levels of seniority
  • Someone who is a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude

  • Someone with an undergraduate related degree in a research
  • A degree level qualification in business, economics or statistics, or equivalent would be desirable.
