Technology is at the beating heart of our innovative business.

At BT we are offering multiple analyst full degreeroles. As an Analyst Apprentice at BT you could be involved in any of the following:

Voice & Data Analyst

The Voice and Data operations teams working within BT on the EE mobile network, are a collection of highly skilled engineers that support a range of technologies that in turn makes up the network that delivers mobile services to our customers. Anything from making a phone call, sending a text, or accessing your favourite website and social media apps. They are largely invisible but are an essential element, without them we would not have a business. It is an exciting place to be, learning an abundance of new skills and working in a fun team environment here in Bristol. We may be part of a big company but the operations team feels like working for a small, dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of new technology, in a supportive team environment

Business Analyst

As a full degree apprentice you will work as part of our Investment Management team who own the Mobile Networks capex budgeting/roadmap process. The Business Support Specialist role will undertake a variety of activities including supporting our devolved governance boards, managing approvals from other lines of business who require technology to do work for them, and supporting business/process change through stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering and analysis.

Strategy & Planning Analyst

Our customers range from big household names, government departments and public service organisations right through to small businesses and new start-ups. We cover both the communications and IT services markets. You will support data-driven decision making through the provision of data analysis & statistical targeting solutions. You will be accountable for informing business activities through the development of customer segmentation, propensity models and insight. You will learn to identify, collect and migrate data to/from a range of internal and external systems. You will use a range of analytical techniques such as data mining, time series forecasting and modelling techniques to identify and predict trends and patterns in data

During the apprenticeship you will work towards a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions
