The job in a nutshell

CarShop Contact Centre colleagues are the best in industry. This is an apprentice full time role and the job is to handle enquiries over the telephone, by email and web chat to our valuable customers, or potential customers, while providing an efficient, courteous and outstanding service at all times.

Unlike other conventional call centres you can feel the buzz and excitement as soon as you step through our doors. With a friendly family feel we take pride in putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our success depends on our people so we treat our colleagues very well. All Apprentices have a full training and development plan with both CarShop and our training partner LSP to ensure every Apprentice is successful it attaining a permanant job at the end of their apprenticeship.

Our Contact Centre Manager has been with CarShop for over 2 years and is essentially 'the boss' and you can see and feel his passion, sense of humour and drive as soon as you meet him. He has successfully built his team to over 30 colleagues now. Due to our phenomenal success and growth we are looking for more outstanding Apprentices to join our Contact Centre family.

What we think good looks like

As with most jobs we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. With professionalism and a smart appearance, we would also appreciate it if you had superb communication (written and oral) and be highly self-motivated. Naturally, due to the nature of the job you will have excellent customer service skills and it would be advantageous if you were proficient in the use of IT packages. That's it, that's all we need because if you have the right attitude we will help and support you with the rest

What happens next
