The primary role of a Business Analyst is to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. Data analysts are typically involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data, and conducting a range of analytical studies on that data.

They work across a variety of projects, providing technical data solutions to a range of stakeholders/customers issues. They document and report the results of data analysis activities making recommendations to improve business performance.

They have a good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analysis.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Analyse and research data in order to accurately update our CRM management systems
  • Provide feedback on current workload / projects to Service Team Leader as required
  • Regular liaison with the other departments within the business and have active participation in the task-list meetings
  • Adhere to the established communication channels to any external technical agency
  • Support all projects as required
  • Assist and carry out tasks as deemed appropriate by the Service Team Manager as and when required
  • Where necessary, produce clear & comprehensive work instructions to support all maintenance activities and maintain the company CRM System
  • Attend training programs when scheduled
  • To fully validate all monthly maintenance work prior to task list sign off by Service Team Leader and handing over to the Production Team
  • To ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality and that the quality procedures are followed, understood andrecorded
