Project Management roles fall under the Network Assurance arm of our organisation, national teams who maintain and improve the network that delivers services to our +5million customers.

We're constantly challenging our competitors and we need to stay ahead of the curve. To do that, we are looking for talented women and men who are super organised, determined and devils for the fine detail!

At Virgin Media, all our Apprenticeship Schemes are offered on permanent contracts. And, around 90% of apprentices stay on with us - while others will have gained transferable skills that are sought after elsewhere.

Let's talk about what you'll be doing...

As part of our Project Management Apprentice Scheme, you'll get the chance to be involved with the Network Assurance Quality and Capacity Programmes, which are currently driving up the performance of our network to ensure our customers receive a top-quality service.

With fantastic guidance from your scheme mentor and other workmates, you'll learn all about our Hybrid Fibre Coaxial network, which carries our Broadband and Telephony services. While we're training you in the art of Project Management, you'll also be responsible for supporting our Project Management Office, ensuring efficient co-ordination of activities across the Quality and Capacity Programme initiatives.

Alternatively, you might be taught how to manage delivery of new solutions and trials that that can be used to vastly improve our Customer Experience and NPS in a centrally driven locally delivered framework.

How are you going to get there?

We'll expect you to have at least five GCSEs (Grades A-C/9-4), including maths and English, and hold a minimum of 48 UCAS points, or equivalents. But we'rejust as interested in what makes people want to join one of the UK's most forward thinking and fun-loving companies.

Network Assurance provides the platform and stability to the Virgin Media family and we're hell bent becoming the UK's No. 1 digital solutions provider. So, we're looking for men and women with a can-do attitude, curious nature and the motivation to develop themselves and our business.

So, what can we do for you?

During our award-winning schemes, you'll gain all the experience and exposure to our leading business practices that you'll need to develop an exciting career at Virgin Media - and we'll pay you a decent salary with amazing benefits too!

In 2017, we announced our long-term vision of achieving 50/50 gender parity by 2025. It's super-important for us to reflect equality and diversity in our workforce, especially for STEM* based subjects - and that's why we're encouraging men and women to hone their technical skills with us.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the forefront of our Network Assurance team.

Join Virgin Media... Come and be a part of something special!

(*STEM based subjects are those that fall under Science, Technology, Engineering and maths disciplines).
