Duties to include:
  • Attend project start up meetings and site visits
  • Produce enquiry schedules from tender documentation
  • Prepare subcontract packages
  • Evaluate returned quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities for projects
  • Prepare commercial documents for handover to QS
  • Ensure tenders are submitted completely and accurately and within the time scale
  • Provide/maintain appropriate supplier/subcontractor databases
  • Any other responsibilities which we may reasonably ask you to undertake and which are appropriate to your position

  • A good head for numbers
  • Ability to work on site and away from home if necessary (this will be unlikely)
  • Professional attitude you will be liaising with clients/suppliers and sub-contractors on a regular basis
