- Attend project start up meetings and site visits
- Produce enquiry schedules from tender documentation
- Prepare subcontract packages
- Evaluate returned quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
- Prepare Bills of Quantities for projects
- Prepare commercial documents for handover to QS
- Ensure tenders are submitted completely and accurately and within the time scale
- Provide/maintain appropriate supplier/subcontractor databases
- Any other responsibilities which we may reasonably ask you to undertake and which are appropriate to your position

- A good head for numbers
- Ability to work on site and away from home if necessary (this will be unlikely)
- Professional attitude you will be liaising with clients/suppliers and sub-contractors on a regular basis
