Working week

  • Monday - Friday (Shift work between 7.00am - 6.00pm) Total hours per week: 35.00

Weekly Wage

  • £150.00

Vacancy description

  • Incoming and outgoing calls dealing with customers
  • Transferring calls to the correct person and take accurate messages
  • Use the company be-spoke system
  • Making appointments and inputting data
  • IT duties including accurate emails
  • To photocopy, collate and distribute documents as required
  • Operate the fax machine as required
  • Process prescription requests and giving out patient prescriptions to the right recipient
  • Organize and report data
  • Postal duties to include sorting, distributing and franking appropriately and accurately
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
  • Providing refreshments in turn
  • Setting up the doctors' surgery ready for the next day
  • Typing duties
  • Preparing medical records
  • Be aware of the implications of Practice Policies, especially those relating to confidentiality and data protection
  • Undertake other duties as required
