Vacancy description

Exciting opportunity to work in a family run Law firm in Leeds 8. The role will be office based and the duties will be varied, ranging from assisting with general administration and customer correspondence. Lots of development opportunities.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors/reception cover
  • Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Update social media sites
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Franking and ensuring post is correctly sorted
  • Preparing refreshments
  • Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
  • Scanning and photocopying accurately
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Researching information
  • Manage company website
  • Establish web-links, researching free or low advertising for the firm
  • Liaising with various organizations in respect of marketing our services
  • Draft new letters as required in conjunction with a solicitor
  • Monitor stock levels of stationery
