Vacancy description
The administrator will be highly organized and aspires to be key to the smooth running of Grencon ltd. The main focus of the role will be to carry out the administrative functions of the business, to manage the general office and plan and organize our activities effectively.
Office Admin:
- Assist with the day to day running of the business
- Provide the first point of contact service (Phone, Email, and Visitors)
- Purchase goods and services subject to authorized requisitions
Finance & Inventory Management:
- Receive and reconcile incoming goods
- Control incidental expenses incurred by employees
- Assist the inventory controller with stock control and respond to customer queries
- Monitor expenditure
Planning & Scheduling:
- Maintain the resource planning system
- Maintain diaries and make travel arrangements and accommodation.
Sales & Marketing:
- Prospect for and research potential business opportunities and contacts
- Arrange client meetings
- Prepare professional presentations
- Manage social media accounts and website
Responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft office and word
- Write letters
- Deal with phone and email queries
- Photocopy and print various documents
- Organize and store paperwork and electronic documents
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
- Arrange training for staff members
