Job summary:
We’re currently looking for a dynamic and motivated team member to join our growing e-commerce business. As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for processing orders and handling customer enquiries from a range of online platforms whilst ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained in a fast-paced environment.
A key part of the role will be to assist in the expansion of the business and you will be assigned a variety of ongoing projects which will evolve as you progress into the role. You will be working closely with the company directors and be provided with comprehensive training on all aspects of the business. - Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
- Processing orders from a range of online platforms
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Organize and report data
- Managing in house computer systems
- Maintaining and updating product listings
- Use a diary system
- Sending and receiving emails
- Preparing orders for delivery
