ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

  • Communicating over the telephone with patients and other NHS personnel
  • To cover the main reception including Peterlee reception when necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills at all times
  • Organize and report data
  • Manage computer system (SystmOne)
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Postal and Stationery Duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documentation
  • Adhere to confidentiality at all times.
  • To undertake mandatory training
