The main areas of the role will include the following tasks of which full training will be given.
  • Change/incident/service request management
  • Local user account management/folder management
  • System backups (and external storage of the created backups)
  • PC/Server/printer maintenance, network management, and telecom support (fixed andmobile)
  • IT asset management
  • Security management/maintain disaster recovery plans/support audit preparations
  • Supportto dealers and other related parties with regarding interfaces from various systems to local management systems
  • Assisting on application/enhancement/development projects

In addition, the apprentice will assist in the configuration, support and enhancement of the following:
  • Local IT applications
  • Infrastructure/networks
  • Computing equipment
  • System/platform security

1 x A Level/Full Level 3 Qualification

4 x GCSEs A*-C (9-4) including English and maths

  • MS SharePoint (Administration and Development).
  • Project Management (Small Scale)
  • Business Systems Analysis (Small Scale)
  • MS Windows 10
  • MS Office 2013 & 2016
  • Office 365
  • MS Server 2012 & 2016
  • MS Windows Exchange
  • MS SQL
  • SCCM
  • Active Directory
  • IBM I series Administration

Future prospects

Potential for a permanent role within the IT team (not guaranteed) and other opportunities in Europe or at head office in the Netherlands.

This will consist of a series of initial assessments (required prior to any apprenticeship offer), completion ofessential paperwork, theopportunityto find out more about theapprenticeship process, the training included, and a forum for your questions.
