Vacancy description
Duties to include:
- Reporting to the appointed SP Business Manager and Payroll Manager, this role is to assist our office based activity relating to candidate and payroll processing
- Answering calls from candidates who are responding to adverts
- Inputting candidate packs on to CRM
- Arrange interviews for candidates in line with Legal and Company compliance standards
- Where agreed, deliver interview sessions using correct paperwork
- Liaise with SP BM and Consultants in relation to pipeline availability of candidates
- Using candidate information on Application Packs, and further probing where appropriate, establish and communicate leads for Sales activity
- Data input tasks related to the weekly payroll activity
- Miscellaneous office related tasks (filing, photocopying, etc)
