  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm moving to 8.00am - 4.30pm once fully trained Total hours per week: 37.50

Vacancy description

Essential functions and basic duties: 

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues, therefore you must be confident on the telephone as you will be the first point of contact 
  • Work on the reception area, meet and greet visitors 
  • Use excellent customer service continuously 
  • Organise and report data
  • Managing in house computer systems
  • Use a diary system
  • Sending and receiving emails 
  • Postal duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
  • Setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments
  • Document control 
  • Ad-hoc administration basked tasks such as arranging documents and filing. This will be a big part of the role to start with
