Vacancy description

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure a professional and positive image of the company is given to all existing and new clients
  • Work on the reception counter dealing with clients in person
  • Dealing with clients over the telephone
  • Sending and Receiving Faxes
  • Postal Duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Managing in-house computer systems
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Data Processing
  • Scanning documents
  • And any other general duties as required

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Excel packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small and busy team
