Vacancy description

  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone solving printing and scanning issues
  • Install print drivers
  • Handling calls internally and externally 
  • Dealing with queries via email 
  • Set up and configure scanning both to a folder and via email
  • Remotely install Multi-Function Devices to networks
  • Assist with management of XBM network systems and infrastructure
  • Install update and administer software as required
  • Manage inventory of XBM MFD stock
  • Prepare new MFD’s for installation – updating firmware, etc
  • Scan and store documents as required
  • Make network cables as required
  • Assist local uses with IT issues
  • Assist with field installations when needed – visiting customer sites to configure MFD’s
