- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Total hours per week: 37.50

Vacancy description
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone solving printing and scanning issues
- Install print drivers
- Handling calls internally and externally
- Dealing with queries via email
- Set up and configure scanning both to a folder and via email
- Remotely install Multi-Function Devices to networks
- Assist with management of XBM network systems and infrastructure
- Install update and administer software as required
- Manage inventory of XBM MFD stock
- Prepare new MFD’s for installation – updating firmware, etc
- Scan and store documents as required
- Make network cables as required
- Assist local uses with IT issues
- Assist with field installations when needed – visiting customer sites to configure MFD’s
