  • Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (1 hour Lunch) Total hours per week: 35.00

Vacancy description

Duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Answering the telephone and handing to the right department
  • Data entry   
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Processing paperwork
  • Scanning documents
  • In house computer systems and management

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Computer skills
  • High level of confidence 
  • People person 

Personal qualities

  • The good general standard of English and Math’s
  • Literate, and able to write emails to clients
  • Able to communicate effectively with peers, management and other third-parties

Desired qualifications

  • Grades A-C in Maths and English, desirable, however not essential. 

Future prospects

  • Full-time employment/ higher level apprenticeship is available to any hardworking learner. 

Training to be provided

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
  • In house training from the employer
  • Functional Skills Maths and English training, if applicable
