Vacancy description

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You must have a clear and confident telephone manner. We are looking for someone with a pro-active personality who can work on their own initiative. This is a fast-paced position, therefore having the ability to adapt on a daily basis is very important. Proficient IT skills are essential including good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.

  • Resourcing for consultants
  • Advertising jobs
  • Candidate attraction and CV sifting
  • Liaising with both candidates and clients via telephone and email
  • Assisting with vacancies
  • Loading application forms
  • Legislation checks
  • Completing weekly payroll

Desired qualifications

  • A-C GCSE grades for maths, English and ICT are desirable, however, not essential for this role

  • Recruitment Resourcer level 2 standard 
  • In house training to be provided by the employer 
  • Functional skills in maths, English and ICT to be provided by the training provider
