Vacancy Description

Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, the main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Senior Finance Managers and produce information from raw data, which will contribute to statutory and monthly reports produced by the Finance department

The salary is £20,000-£22,000 depending on industry experience and qualification background.

Main duties
  • Providing accurate and timely information for the production of weekly / periodic reports and fulfilling any statutory reporting requirements
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and the analysis of variances
  • Providing support for respective areas of the business in order to assist in decision making within the organisation
  • Dealing directly with Senior Management in a professional and mature style
  • Resolving reconciliation problems, departmental expenditure and budgeting issues, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects aimed at driving the business towards the achievement of its strategic goals

You will be expected to carry out any reasonable task which is asked of you by your Supervisor or Manager.

NB: This job description will be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion in order to properly reflects the duties and responsibilities required of the role. The jobholder and line manager should review currency and relevance at least annually through the Company appraisal process.
