What you will do in your working day
  • Assist with data inputting and maintain electronic record systems
  • Ensure that records are kept up to date
  • Produce monthly statistical and performance management reports
  • Use databases to retrieve information
  • Accurately record financial information
  • Co-ordinate, research and collate data
  • Assist with producing and distributing monthly finance schedules
  • Research monthly payments queries
  • Assist in arranging meetings and administration tasks
  • Help in dealing with enquiries

The training you will be getting
  • Gain a qualification: Data Analyst (Level 4)
  • You will attend a training provider on block release. You'll also be allocated a Life Coach who will visit you within the work place assisting you with your studies.
  • Gain a Health & Safety qualification
  • Attend enrichment activities to enhance your awareness and knowledge eg finance, health & wellbeing, disability etc

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
  • Gain a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship Standard
  • With high retention levels and being a large employer there would be a chance to move onto a higher level apprenticeship or full time employment, gaining support in interview techniques training
  • 2 year work experience in the public sector with exposure to Children's services
