This is a fantastic opportunity for you to inspire people to make positive changes, realise their full potential and lead a fulfilled life. Through the course of the apprenticeship and with the full support and guidance from the Scheme Manager, the successful candidate will develop the skills and knowledge to carry out a wide range of tasks including collecting rent/service charges, implementing individual support plans and admitting and discharging residents at the scheme.

Able to demonstrate empathy whilst maintaining healthy boundaries to ensure your own views are not imposed on clients, candidates should be confident in challenging behaviour / resistance in others and ideally have some previous experience of providing support/befriending service to vulnerable people. A basic understanding of the benefits system, current rates of benefit and entitlement would also be beneficial.
