Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprentice
Knowledge of ICT technologies, systems, applications and processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite.
Good verbal and written communication skills - able to exchange varied information with a range of audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Listening and “interviewing” skills - to accurately capture relayed information and extract additional pertinent information from customers by asking probing questions that help to establish the nature of problems.
Able to give support and advise to the Customers, giving reassurance and help to resolve their queries, especially where they are irate or confused, along with supporting their colleagues where they are having difficulties resolving problems.
Good keyboard typing skills - able to input accurate information about calls at speed.Personal qualities

- GCSES, grades A-C, qualifications, or equivalent, including English, Math and, preferably, ICT
- NVQ level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation level qualification
