Roles & Responsibilities:
Trimble is on the lookout for fresh talent to join their Software Development Team to work on cutting-edge applications.
Reporting to the Senior Developer your daily duties and responsibilities will include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Designing and developing various software applications, developing knowledge and skills of Java, Web Services, JSON, C++, Unix, Windows, SVN, Continuus, Oracle SQL
  • Quality Assurance, Testing and liaising with Developers to prioritise and progress issues and faults raised
  • Writing Product Documentation
  • Planning, Specification and Development of documentation in line with Product
  • Designing, writing and managing database systems
  • Working with database software to find ways to store, organise and manage data.

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

Future prospects

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further

  • £14,000per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
  • 20 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
