Duties to include:

  • Making and receiving phone calls for general enquires
  • Scanning medical records
  • Extracting from CD using varies software
  • Arranging clinics
  • Handling post
  • Using a database and office equipment
  • Inputting patient data
  • Managing diaries

Desired qualifications

  • Grades 7-4/A-C in maths and English are desirable, however not essential for the role. 

Future prospects

  • Full-time employment is available, once the completion of the apprenticeship!

  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
  • In house training from the employer
  • Functional Skills maths or English training where necessary
