Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering internal and external telephone calls
  • Working on the reception area
  • Meeting and greeting visitors into the office
  • Inputting, organising and reporting data
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents and paperwork
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Making telephone calls to clients
  • Sending emails and letters to clients
