Vacancy description

Main Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to talk over SEO strategy and general happiness
  • To forward communications to all relevant staff members
  • Update the CRM with communications info and what's happening with that client
  • Chase outstanding invoices
  • Answer any inbound calls
  • Create and send SEO reports to clients
  • Contact clients to discuss blog topics and social media strategy
  • Report back to the team frequently to update with how campaigns are going and how clients are feeling
  • Update the comms board and ensure people are being contacted frequently
  • Use analytics, sheer and other factors to seek opportunities for upsells
  • Look for positive analytics and campaign results so that we can inform clients when we've done something well
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure we are meeting the targets agreed with the clients
  • Carry out health checks for potential new clients
  • Look for weaknesses in the web design of existing clients
  • Get involved with blog writing and updating social media pages when required
