We specialise in delivering large scale multi-disciplinary major civil engineering infrastructure projects within the Transportation and Energy sectors. This 3 year Apprenticeship programme provides a development opportunity as an attractive alternative to a traditional university career path.

Initially based on the M4 Junction 3-12 SMART Motorway project near Reading, you will be part of the engineering team where you will be helped and guided on how we deliver a project to specification, safely, on time and to budget.

You will combine practical civil engineering site experience with I month study blocks at Stephenson college to obtain a level 4 HNC plus Eng Tech ICE qualification. Upon successful completion, we will discuss your progression onto a Level 6 Degree programme, normally on a day release study basis.

We require our apprentices to be fully mobile across England and Wales. (Living away from home allowances are payable where applicable).

Successful candidates will be based on our live construction sites. You will work with the site management team to ensure the projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and to the correct specifications. You will spend time in different departments learning how the project evolves.

As well as learning on the job, you will be required to attend Stephenson College on a block release basis (4 week blocks at college). The three year course will provide you with a Level 3 BTEC Subsidiary Diploma, Level 4 HNC and NVQ Level 4. In addition to the qualifications the programme will enable candidates to progress in terms of level of responsibility, interpersonal skills, leadership, commercial awareness and technical engineering knowledge.
