In this role you will learn how our platform is designed to constantly improve our customer's experience and how it works with container based technology.
  • The role will show you how to maintain and create web-pages using PHP, Javascript and other technologies as needed.
  • Ensure the site performance is consistent,
  • How to utilise the available tools (NewRelic) to achieve this.
  • Along with learning agile practices to integrate with the wider team, for example, our Agile management tools include Jira.

This role is located in our Sheffield City Centre office, you will join a team of two but be part of a wider talented team of 30 Developers based in London and South Africa. Our teams are split into three disciplines, Mobile, Development and Technology. Our Mobile team look after our app on Android and iOS. DevOps team ensure our stack is secure and healthy; as well as providing a helpdesk to colleagues, quality assure through testing and hardware. Leaving our PHP Developers to build, repair and design the design and functionality of the Product.

112 UCAS points from A-Levels or Level 3 BTEC (including IT or Computer Science) or completion of a Level 3 IT apprenticeship or equivalents
