This role will be responsible for:
  • Assisting others in the validation of computerised systems in a GxP environment and the development and delivery of CSV documentation including Risk Assessments, Validation Plans, User Requirements Specifications, Qualification Test Protocols, Test Scripts, and Validation Reports
  • Assistingothers in Maintaining / Tracking / improving computer system compliance within the company
  • Assisting the Director of Computer System Compliance to Influence and enforce Global Policies, Procedures, Standards, Guidelines and Templates to support the validation of business solutions
  • Assisting others in providing CSV expertise and risk analysis in order to agree the validation approach, if any, for projects and change control requests

As an Apprentice Associate CSV Analystat Envigo your main responsibilities will be:
  • Assisting others in identifying regulatory compliance risks and proactively work with the business and IT to address them
  • Assisting others in the preparation of, key validation deliverables (User Requirements Specifications, Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, Qualification Plans and Tests, Validation Report, etc.)
  • Supporting others to maintain validation / qualification state of existing systems through Change Control
  • Assisting others to perform supplier audits and assessments
  • Working with project managers and team members to develop and define project plans, timescales and budgets
  • Supporting the accurate reporting of project status to senior project team members
  • Maintaining knowledge and developing greater understanding of system development and validation activities with a GxP environment
  • Supporting corporate Quality and ContinuousImprovement processes

Desired qualifications

  • Must have 5grade 9-4/A*-Cincluding English, science, maths and IT
  • Have either a minimum of two A levels (or equivalent) a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification or Level 3 BTEC
