Salary Details: Year One Salary of GBP16,000 - GBP17,000 per annum

We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join one of our home maintenance teams based from our offices in Cirencester. We are looking to recruit a colleague who will commit to learning, gaining skills and experience, and supporting our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme to deliver against their targets by providing fantastic administrative support.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Providing administrative support to the kitchen and bathroom team and the wider home maintenance team
* Raising and scheduling inspections with our customers, including supporting with the resolution of complaints or actions following customer feedback
* Assisting in the co-oridnator and scheduling of our engineers' diaries to meet the needs of the programme
* Providing an excellent front line service for internal and external customer enquiries, and assisting with organising meetings and producing minutes and action logs.

The skills required for this vacancy include:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to use a variety of computer systems (including Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365) with accuracy and attention to detail
* Being committed to learning and being the best through continual learning and development
* Being able to commit to one day per week at college as part of this apprenticeship (including being able to travel between home and work or college independently).

For the first year of this apprenticeship you will earn GBP16,016 if you are aged 24 under, or GBP17,076 if you are aged 25 or above.
