What you will do in your working day
As part of the program you will engage in all phases of software and network product development. You will analyse and translate the needs from the business into information and technical requirements. Your role will involve being part of the team that builds, reviews and implements the integration of projects across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives, and ensure consistency across our organisation.
The training you will be getting
You will be going through our provider on apprenticeship support and training required for your qualifications. We also offer a wide range of on the job training, classroom and online training as part of our commitment to you and your career
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The apprenticeship ultimately offers a permanent role with Santander and following graduation you will have opportunities to further develop your career within Digital and Technology across the business.
