Noyantis are looking for a bright, creative, self-motivated, eager to learn individual with a passion for coding! Along with the academic skills and qualifications you will gain at college, you will also gain a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development cycle, along with essential business skills. During your apprenticeship training you will work on assignments of increasing complexity.

Offices are based in the centre of Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire in a recently renovated modern building with excellent transport links. They offer a friendly, relaxed working environment with a competitive salary.

You will be working alongside the passionate owners. Although this is a small company at present, they have a big presence all over the world including America where you will have the chance to attend the bi-annual international developer conference.

For 3 months you will be paid £5.50 per hour and working 30 hours to give you the chance to get to know the business and introduce you to the role at a gradual pace. You will then go to 35 hours per week and receive a pay increase to £7 per hour.

The Software Development Apprentice will be responsible for developing business software applications under the supervision of the Development Manager.

The role will include:
  • Research
  • Learning and understanding project requirements
  • Software design, development and testing
  • Learning to diagnose and fix software faults
  • Integrating with third party solutions
  • Writing accurate technical documentation including unit tests & release notes
  • Support and maintenance of existing software solutions
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
  • General office duties
