About the role:

A Recruitment Resourcer supports Recruitment Consultants by identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates to fulfil the requirements of the business brief as well as helping to identify new business opportunities. A career in recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer provides the opportunity for reward and high earning potential. Course delivery:

You will be employed a minimum of 30 hours per week and paid a full salary. All of the employers we work will pay a minimum of £10,000, whilst many positions pay more. Alongside your job role, you will be supported by your employer and Apprenticeship Connect tutor to complete your Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 apprenticeship as well as gain the included qualification. You will spend a minimum of 20% of your contracted working hours studying for your apprenticeship and will be paid for this time as part of your salary. Your training will be fully-funded and you will not be required to contribute towards the cost in any way.

About the apprenticeship:

The Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified recruitment professional. Our course is expertly tailored to the job role of a Recruitment Resourcer and teaches learners the skills required to attract, qualify and shortlist candidates in order to fulfil the requirements of a business brief. The training we deliver teaches learners how to provide resourcing support and how to identify new business opportunities, creating a concrete platform for professional development within the recruitment sector and is a great way to begin your career.

Entry requirements: Have achieved English and maths GCSEs at a minimum of or above grade C/grade 4 or functional skills level 2 (or equivalent)

Eligibility criteria: Be a citizen of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), or have lived in the UK or EEA for the past three consecutive years
