About the role:

The primary role of a Business Administrator is to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of a Business Administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation through the support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. Business Administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. When applying for this course, we will match you with an apprenticeship position which supports the course requirements and your future ambitions.

Course delivery:

You will be employed a minimum of 30 hours per week and paid a full salary. All of the employers we work will pay a minimum of £7,800, whilst many positions pay more. Alongside your job role, you will be supported by your employer and Apprenticeship Connect tutor to complete your Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship as well as gain the included qualification. You will spend a minimum of 20% of your contracted working hours studying for your apprenticeship and will be paid for this time as part of your salary. Your training will be fully-funded and you will not be required to contribute towards the cost in any way.

About the apprenticeship:

The Business Administrator Level 3 course provides learners with a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours, which can be gained working across an organisation and its processes. Studying this course results in a firm grounding within organisational operations and functional processes, as well as the wider working environment. Throughout the course duration, you will gain skills spanning IT, record and document production, decision making, planning and organising and project management. The training we deliver will create a concrete platform for professional development within business administration and is a great way to begin your career.

Entry requirements: Have achieved English and maths GCSEs at a minimum of or above grade C/grade 4 or functional skills level 2 (or equivalent)

Eligibility criteria: Be a citizen of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), or have lived in the UK or EEA for the past three consecutive years
