We're looking for a Project Co-ordinator with passion and drive to join our growing digital team and help ensure that customers get the best experience of working with Digivante.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for technically supporting the sales engagement and seeing the project through to

reporting. This involves uploading the project scope, launching the project and monitoring project progress as will as producing any final reports.

Each project is different, some taking several days and other's just a few hours and you will learn about all sorts of testing including functional testing, performance, security and accessibility.

You will be responsible for planning against timescales, engaging other parties including reviewers and test scripters but most importantly you will ensure that the customer is happy with the results.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role are:
  • Ensure that customer requirements are documented, tracked and delivered against.
  • Complete the project scoping for testers accurately.
  • Ensure the project hit's all of it milestones and flag if there are any issues.
  • Report on the testing project at a quality to deliver to the client.

Skills & Experience Required

Key skills you will require:
  • Clear and concise communications, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail in written communication.
  • Time-management and escalating if targets can't be achieved.
  • Interest in computer and mobile technology.
  • Ability to talk to customers in a consultative way.
  • An understanding of VPNs and how the internet works is desirable.
  • An ability to work quickly and under pressure whilst managing your own tasks.
  • Learning new things quickly and taking on that information.

You will be working toward a achieving a career in software testing or Testing project co-ordination or management longer term.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent numeracy and literacy, attention to detail, good writing skills, logical brain.

Desired qualifications

Five GCSE's A*-C/9-4 including maths and English plus a technology subject and 2 A levels in STEM subjects or an IT apprenticeship at level 3.

The national minimum wage for apprentices £3.90 an hour.This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the national minimum wage rate if they're an apprentice aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
