Main Duties:

  • Incoming and outgoing calls
  • Postal duties
  • Dealing with internal documents
  • Scanning documents
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Communicating with clients
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Completing order forms
  • Photo coping
  •  Keeping the office tidy
  •  Putting proposals together
  •  Running quotes
  •  Sending invoices for payments
