Vacancy description

Responsibilities:

  • Access and maintenance of recruitment database
  • Completing compliance checks upon a candidate
  • Registration including DBS, RTW and references
  • Checking bookings and supporting the recruitment team in ensuring documents held on file match requirements
  • Ensuring candidates are set up on relevant systems
  • Input and check approval of candidate timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Supporting with payroll queries
  • The sourcing CV's from relevant job boards

The successful candidate must have the following skills:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Ability to organise and multitask
  • Able to prioritise own time and work to deadlines
