Vacancy description

Duties to include:

  • Obtaining relevant professional references for all new starters
  • Ensuring the candidate is eligible to work in the UK through VISA and Home Office checks
  • Obtaining full and enhanced DBS checks for all applicants
  • Checking all relevant qualifications and skills for all new starters
  • Updating the candidate files and ‘in house’ database system with communication and compliance logs
  • Taking calls and dealing with queried from clients and candidates
  • Updating reports
  • Preparing for audits by various agencies on behalf of clients
  • Booking training for candidates and keeping accurate training records
  • Liaising with Branch Managers and colleagues regarding the progress of new starters
  • You may also be required to attend recruitment fairs and University events
  • Undertake all other reasonable duties or projects as directed by your life manager
  • To adhere to Company policies, systems or procedures and codes of practice to which the Company subscribes
  • Ensure the best interests of the company are met at all times
