Main duties
- New Business Development
- Sales element, calling existing employers, updating CRM Salesforce system
- Calling the decision makers of the business to promote our services and book appointments
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators/targets
- Outbound/inbound sales, office based
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Working with selling appointments and coffee-based products to potential B2B customers
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline
- Supporting the wider sales team to generate and convert leads
- Working with colleagues to ensure cross-selling opportunities are maximised
- General office tasks
- Picking and packing customer orders
