Main duties

  • New Business Development
  • Sales element, calling existing employers, updating CRM Salesforce system 
  • Calling the decision makers of the business to promote our services and book appointments
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators/targets
  • Outbound/inbound sales, office based
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Working with selling appointments and coffee-based products to potential B2B customers
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline
  • Supporting the wider sales team to generate and convert leads
  • Working with colleagues to ensure cross-selling opportunities are maximised
  • General office tasks
  • Picking and packing customer orders
