Vacancy description

Essential functions and basic duties include:

  • Communicating over the telephone with patients and colleagues
  • Working on the reception area, meeting and greeting patients
  • Excellent customer service at all times
  • Organising and reporting data
  • Managing in-house computer systems
  • Using a diary system
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Postal and stationary duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Scanning documents

Due to the nature of the role, you will have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Training to be provided

  • You will work towards gaining your NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service Practitioner
  • Functional skills and Technical certificate as appropriate
  • Any other training you may need will be provided by your employer
