Vacancy description

This is an office-based role with a variety of daily tasks which will include working on the reception area, meeting and greeting clients and also some administration duties when required. Although full training will be provided enthusiasm and some interest in the property sector would be beneficial to help you settle into your role.

  • Answering the office telephone from clients or colleagues
  • Making internal and external telephone calls
  • Work on the reception area of the office
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors who come into the office
  • Participating in monthly marketing campaigns
  • Using excellent customer service continuously
  • Organising, inputting and reporting data
  • Undertake any postal or stationary duties if and when required
  • Managing the in-house computer system
  • Using a diary system
  • Sending and receiving faxes
  • Sending out E-shots and advertisements 
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents and paperwork
  • Storing and retrieving of information
  • Scanning documents
  • Perpetration of documents
