Crest Nicholson Regeneration division are now recruiting for an Site Apprentice, as part of our industry recognised Apprenticeship programme to start in August 2019. As a New Homes Developer with over 1000 employees across the south half of the UK, we believe it's essential for our business to grow our own talent through structured training schemes where you can develop a successful career as you grow with us.

Vacancy - Site Apprentice (Management)

You will gain great insight and experience into the entire new homes building process itself, from understanding our quality standards, Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, to helping to manage the production on site to the planned and agreed programme. You will be supporting the team with materials procurement, site presentation, waste management solutions, build stage sign offs and supporting the team with updating and recording all site documentation.

You will be based at one of our complex and exciting strategic developments, Campbell Wharf Project in Milton Keynes, which will be a stunning developments with over 200 apartments and townhouses as RC frame blocks.

The skills we are looking for from a successful candidate are:

* Preferable to have experience working in a construction or house building site environment

* Willingness to learn being self-driven and adaptable

* A problem solver, able to use your initiative to find solutions

* An excellent team player

* Able to build relationships with colleagues, peers, senior staff and subcontractors

* Great communication skills

* A practical learner with a desire to work in a hands-on approach and someone who strives to deliver results, taking pride in their work.

* Able to take constructive feedback and learn from mistakes

* Previous supervisory experience is desirable

* Computer literature and able to adapt to new technologies

* Full UK driving license

* English GCSE grade 4 or above

* Maths GCSE grade 4 or above
