Main Responsibilities
  • Property Evaluation(Including becoming acquainted with HMO regulation, Permitted Development and Planning regulation)
  • Preparing Drawings for HMO, Permitted Development and Building Regulation approval
  • Tendering documents to execute project
  • Budget Calculation according to Quotations
  • Project Scheduling and In charge ofSite Management to reach Projected Deadlines
  • Generalsite and Designadministrative duties

Person Specification
  • Educated to degree level in relatable field; Interiors; Architecture; Design Management; BIM; Construction/Project Management
  • A self-motivated practicalapproach when dealing with clients and builders
  • Time management
  • Flexible, positive and professional attitude
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Capability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Creative and Innovative Thinking Process
  • Basic skills in AutoCAD would be desirable

We want the apprentice to work alongside the Project Manager and Interior Design team, the apprentice can progress on to other job roles with in the company

Things to consider

We want to hire an apprentice who has access to theirown vehicle or transport, as part of your job you will be doing viewings, check in, check out, maintenance issues, meeting service operatives at the property.
